Senior Full-Stack Developer

Andes Tech LLC is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to help design, build, and scale our digital products and client solutions. Working alongside a friendly and creative development team, you’ll contribute to a wide variety of projects — from developing new features for existing platforms to creating fully custom software for our clients.

This role is perfect for an experienced developer with a strong background in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and scalable application design. Job Role & Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features and functionality for our products.
• Build reusable code, components, and libraries for future use.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and deliver responsive, high-performance applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Assist with back-end development, APIs, and database optimization.
• Review code, provide feedback, and help maintain best practices across projects.
• Identify potential issues and work proactively to solve them.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
• Follow coding standards, version control best practices, and documentation guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven work experience as a Full-Stack Developer (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (React preferred).
• Experience with Node.js, Express, or similar back-end frameworks.
• Experience working with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation or CDK).
• Understanding of serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Experience developing SaaS applications and/or working with microservices.
• Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience managing multi-tenant or data-heavy applications.
• Knowledge of deployment strategies (blue/green, canary).
• Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an agile, remote-first environment.

• Experience with TypeScript on both front-end and back-end.
• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization.
